A: Ensure you are using a compatible browser. Peterson’s Academic Skills Training is available via web-access and supports the latest versions of the following browsers: Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Mozilla Firefox, & Microsoft Edge. You should also enable pop-ups. Pop-up permissions are configurable in your browser settings.

A: On the login screen, please click “Forgot password?” and an email to reset your password will be sent to the email address provided at registration.
