Common Solutions

Ensure you are using a compatible browser. Peterson’s Academic Skills Training is available via web-access and supports the latest versions of the following browsers: Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Mozilla Firefox, & Microsoft Edge. You should also enable pop-ups. Pop-up permissions are configurable in your browser settings.

On the login screen, please click “Forgot password?” and an email to reset your password will be sent to the email address provided at registration.

This is for Instructor access only and is not needed for student users. Please contact Peterson's support, using your military email, at: support@petersons.com . We will verify your identity and issue you your code as soon as possible.

Make sure that a score of 80% or higher has been met. If your score is above that and the certificate is not generating, please contact support with screenshots of the error.
