Access to and use of our Services are subject to these Terms of Use (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy and all applicable laws. By accessing any areas of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of the Terms, please do not use the Services. We may revise these Terms from time to time by updating this Web page. Your use of our Services following any such changes constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms as revised. CLASS ACTION WAIVER. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN THE FILING PARTY’S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. YOU AGREE THAT, BY ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT, YOU AND WE ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION AGAINST THE OTHER PARTY. If the class action waiver is found to be illegal or unenforceable as to all or some parts of a dispute, then those parts will proceed in court, with the rest proceeding in arbitration.
